Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and legally compliant content and assets
• Ensuring you have proper rights and licenses for all provided materials
• Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner
• Providing necessary access to systems, tools, or platforms as required
• Designating authorized decision-makers for project approvals

Delays caused by client unavailability or failure to provide required materials may impact project timelines and completion dates.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables, including:

• Custom website designs and developed code
• Original content created specifically for your project
• Any proprietary systems or tools developed for your business

Shah Digital Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms include:

• Deposit requirement (typically 30-50%) to initiate project work
• Progress payments tied to agreed-upon milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion and client acceptance
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed methods

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. Additional fees may apply for scope changes or rush requests.

Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and project details. All sensitive information is:

• Protected using industry-standard security measures
• Accessed only by authorized team members on a need-to-know basis
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent

Our team signs confidentiality agreements and adheres to professional ethical standards.

Termination & Refunds

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Refund policies vary based on project stage:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Partial refunds may be available for unused prepaid hours or services
• No refunds for completed work or delivered services

Upon termination, we provide all completed work and assist with a smooth transition.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our work, Shah Digital Solutions cannot be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses or lost profits
• Issues caused by client-provided content or third-party services
• Website performance impacted by external factors beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from our engagement will first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
